Our strategy is to address the growing needs for liquidity
from investors in private equity through the purchase of positions in private
equity funds and in portfolios of private companies. Using our expertise
in analyzing and evaluating investments, our objective is
to build diversified portfolios of growing assets in private equity with
strong growth potential.
This diversification exists at several levels: by geographical area, sector, investment size and investment maturity. While diversifying the risks arising in a specific business area or development stage, the funds advised by our group have been able to generate strong returns for investors by participating in the growth of some of the most promising private equity backed companies.
With investments in over 250 private equity funds and directly in many portfolios of direct investments, our group has completed in excess of 200 secondary transactions with over 500 positions purchased.
Transactions have been originated worldwide with institutional and private investors as well as with private equity fund managers.
